Why Follow Mohammed?

            

The following was researched by a very dear friend and I thought it was very entertaining.

The Islamic holy book, the quran (the pickt hall translation), confirms the Diety of Jesus Christ. These are quoted verses comming directly from the quran.

This post is not meant to endorse the quran, but to illistrate how the quran cannot be true even to its own testimony.

Sura 4:156-157  Says the crucifixion of Jesus was a hoax. (But actually it was the most confirmed event in human history)

Sura 5:110 Says Jesus was sent by God, and spoke from his crib. 

Sura 5:110 Says Jesus healed the blind, the leprous, and raised people from the dead.

  

Sura 3:55  Says Jesus is assurance of Salvation, resurrected from the dead, and will return again. 

Sura 19:30-35 Also says Jesus was resurrected from the dead.

Sura 19:19 Jesus is Holy, without sin

Sura 5:46, 4:171. Jesus is Messiah.

Sura 5:43 The Bible is true.

Sura 3:55  Jesus will return.

Sura 5:66  The Torah, and Gospels are true, and are to be followed. (See Romans 2:16)

Sura 4:171  Jesus is the Spirit, and Word of God.

Sura 5:116 Jesus is God's servant.

Sura 5:75, 9:30-35 Jesus is a Prophet of God, the Messiah. 

Sura 4:156-158 Jesus ascended to God in Heaven.

Sura 3:46, 6:85, 19:19 Jesus was pure, without sin.

Sura 3:49, 5:110  Jesus made a live bird from clay.

Sura 57:27  God places compassion in the hearts of Jesus' followers.

Sura 4:171  Jesus is God's messenger, and is to be believed.

Sura 61:6-14  Jesus and his disciples were God's helpers.

Sura 10:94  Seek out Christians for wisdom, truth, and understanding the Bible.

Sura 29:46  Dont argue with Christians, except in the best way. (ref Pickthall)
